"Behold, I have come unto the world to bring redemption unto the world, to save the world from sin. Therefore, whoso repenteth and cometh unto me as a little child, him will I receive, for of such is the kingdom of God. Behold, for such I have laid down my life, and have taken it up again, therefore repent, and come unto me ye ends of the earth, and be saved". (3 nephi 9:21-22)
Sin is when we willfully break God's commandments, and all sins have a punishment attached to them. But thats why Jesus Christ died for us. To be able to be clean again thru The Atonement. We are not all perfect, and god knows that. But we are here in this earth to learn and grow from our experiences. But as we ponder the Atonement into our lifes, we can feel that peace, joy and love that he has for all of us. I know from experience that when i didint do the things in the right way and try to do things in my way, I did fall into darkness. And thats when i knew that god gave his only begotten son for us too be clean again thru his name. I know that Jesus Christ died for us and died on the cross of calvary. I know as we repent of our sins, we can bring the power of His Atonement into our lifes. I testify to you that these things are true. And that the gospel of Jesus Christ is real, and that we can overcome our weakness's by accepting the gospel into our lifes.
